It's easy to join, please follow the two steps below. Any questions please email me at caya@tpg.com.au. (If you would like list a supply or services ad please also use the Paypal button below)
STEP 1: PAYMENT
Please click on the button below to pay your 1 year membership fee of US$5.00 via Paypal. You will be invoiced every 12 months. If you choose not to renew your membership, your details will be deleted off the website.
IMPORTANT: If you have trouble using the Paypal button below, please contact me and I will email you a Paypal invoice.
STEP 2: EMAIL YOUR DETAILS
Once payment has been made please email me at caya@tpg.com.au with the following:
FOR ARTIST LISTING:
1. Your name
2. Your company name
3. Your website address (or alternatively, if you do not have a website please provide your email address).
4. Your country
5. Attach your picture advertisement to be displayed on the website
FOR SUPPLIER LISTING:
1. Your company name
2. Your website address
3. Attach your picture advertisement/banner (no size restriction) to be displayed on the website
I will add you to the directory as soon possible after your membership details and payment have been received, usually within 24 hours.
FAQ
Picture Ad Requirements
IMPORTANT: Your picture advertisement must be approximately 140 pixels in width, it can be a simple photo of one of your creations (recommended), or you are welcome to include your company name/details within the ad if you like. If you have trouble sizing your image, please email your photo and I'll resize it for you.
Note: Picture ads will be added to the website in alphabetical order according to company name. If you do not have a company name it will be added according to your surname.
Who is Accepted?
All teddy bear and animal artists are accepted of all standards and mediums. Your work must be handmade - no manufacturers please.
Why is There a Fee?
It costs just US$5.00 per year to be a member of Bear Artists Worldwide!! This small annual fee will help maintain the website for everyone to enjoy and also goes towards promoting and advertising of this website.
What Does My Membership Entitle Me To?
Your membership entitles you to a listing in the directory consisting of a picture advertisement (linked to your website or email address) plus your name and company name listed underneath. Your listing will be added under the appropriate country and in alphabetical order according to company name. As a member you can also have a chance to be the Artist of the Month on the homepage. Great exposure :)
What are the Benefits of Joining?
Very low cost advertising with the potential of hundreds of collectors seeing your ad and then visiting your website!
How is BAW Different From Other Online Directories?
Bear Artists Worldwide is different in that it is a "visual" directory (not just text links). Collectors are more likely to respond and visit your website if they see a photo/ad of your work.
Why was BAW created?
Being a bear artist myself, I was shocked at how much advertising can cost - whether it be online or in magazines. I wanted to create a low cost option for all the fantastic artists around the world to get some exposure! Please join me and make this THE site for collectors to visit :)
Change of Details?
Your picture ad and details can be changed at any time, just email me with your new details and I will update it for you!
Artist of the Month
Bear Artists Worldwide will also feature one artist's work every month on the homepage. If you are a member and would like to be considered for this feature, please email me at caya@tpg.com.au with a short description of who you are, what you make, awards you may have received etc... and include up to 4 photos of examples of your work no larger than 250 pixels in width each.
